Our team knows the Serengeti region. We identify your position quickly, prepare the right equipment, and move to reach you as fast as road conditions allow.

On-Site Assessment

Arriving at your location, we diagnose the problem immediately. Minor faults are fixed on-site. For bigger issues, we tow safely to our workshop.

Prices cover rescue and towing to our workshop. On-site repair labour and spare parts are billed separately. Priority is given to company breakdowns, with external rescue available on a chargeable basis.

How long does rescue take?
Average response time is under 2 hours from Ikoma Gate. For locations further into the Serengeti, we dispatch immediately and keep you updated on ETA.
What if my vehicle can't be fixed on-site?
We attempt on-site repair first. If the vehicle needs workshop attention, we arrange safe towing to our facility 1km from Ikoma Gate.
Do you rescue vehicles you didn't sell?
Yes. Our rescue service is available to all safari operators and travelers regardless of where the vehicle was purchased or serviced.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (USD or TZS), mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa), and bank transfer. Payment due upon completion of rescue.
