What We Service
Four core disciplines, each handled by a dedicated specialist.
Every Repair
Is Tracked.
1. Job Card Opened
Before any work begins, a job card is opened recording the vehicle number, problem description, and assigned mechanic.
2. Parts Issued
Spare parts issued only against the job card. Every component is recorded by the storekeeper in the daily stock register.
3. Work Performed
The assigned mechanic carries out the repair under supervisor oversight. No unauthorized work without approval.
4. Sign-Off
Work completion signed by both the mechanic and supervisor. Vehicle is inspected and test-driven before release.
5. Quality Check
All vehicles undergo a final quality check. Repeat repairs within 30 days result in direct mechanic accountability.
6. Daily Report
Supervisor sends daily reports: vehicles repaired, pending jobs, parts consumed, revenue generated, and issues faced.
Specialist Staff
Each role is clearly defined with specific KPIs and accountability measures.
